Aaron Brooks the Former NFL quarterback has launched new career. Land development. Specifically the development of Burlington Woods in Williamsburg, Virginia. ( James City County) The project a 17-acre community is located off of Longhill Rd near the intersection of Centerville Rd.
Burlington Woods is Brooks’ first to get off the ground and he calls it an education in progress that will build his reputation with Peninsula 
officials — a stepping stone to greater things.
Brooks will oversee the project through its completion, but Ryan Homes/ NVR will take over the construction phase once the individual lots are ready for construction.
When finished Burlington Woods, Williamsburg VA will consist of 26 lots that will be from one-quarter to one-third of an acre. The three to five bedroom homes are expected to be from 2,000 to 4,500 square feet in size. Prices should start in the low $300,000 range Pre-selling the homes should begin with homes completed and completed by the end of 2009. Ryan Homes is the largest new home builder in the Richmond / Williamsburg VA Corridor. They offer one the best values in the market in new construction in the area.
