Williamsburg VA Town Homes- The Mews

mews.jpeg One of Williamsburg/ James City County’s hidden gems. The Mews Town Home community, conveniently located close to Rt. 199 and The James City County Recreation Center off of Longhill Rd. Colonial Williamsburg is just a few minutes away by car. Shopping at Prime Outlets and Grocery Stores are right around the corner. With it’s hilly topography and wooded venue, you almost feel like you are living in a state park. Homes built in The Mews range in size  from 1360 square feet to over 3000 square feet. The large homes typically have walk out basements.

Current list prices range from $223,000 to $289,000 as of Jan 2009

Some of the homes in The Mews models offer one car garages, There is a community pool and tennis courts for homeowner use. There is also a pond with a walking trail for lovely evening walks. Both 2 and 3 and a few 4 bedroom homes were built there.
