Construction has started on the City Green Condos in Williamsburg, VA.
The development will be a mixed-used development featuring 24 modestly upscale townhouse condos, as well as two restaurants and 5,260 square feet of specialty retail.
When complete the project will include two restaurants and 24 condominiums (8 one-bedroom and 16 two-bedroom units) along with additional commercial and office space. There are two two-story residential buildings on the rear portion of the property for condominiums (one with 4 one-bedroom units and 4 two-bedroom units, and one with 4 one bedroom units and 12 two-bedroom units).

It is adjacent to the Williamsburg Shopping Center ( Blooms Grocery, Books-a- Million, Sals, etc.) and within walking distance of the Williamsburg Library.

Plans call for using permeable surfaces to allow storm water to reach the ground rather than drain off. Prime Outlets used similar technology in the parking lots of its latest expansion in James City County.
