Well, most are questions posed to me by clients I work with in the course of doing business as a Realtor in the Williamsburg/ Hampton Roads, VA area.
Today’s question: What are the top selling neighborhoods./ subdivisions/ communities in the area ? The following list is compiled with statistics from the Williamsburg MLS ( WAAR/ WMLS). It only includes stats from the City of Williamsburg, James City County and York County. Some new homes sales and for sale by owner home sales aren’t included. I know the Liberty Crossing town home community would be in the top 20 for instance.
