New Kent Vineyards in New Kent, VA has reached an important milestone—They now have families who can say “we live at New Kent Vineyards.”
The people who have moved into The Arbors are the vanguard of several thousand residents who will call this community home as some 2,500 homes in multiple neighborhoods are completed in the coming years.
Already these new residents can boast to friends and relatives about the Winery, the vineyards, the polo field and the nearly completed Rees Jones golf course within their community. In due course, they’ll also enjoy shopping at the Farmers’ Market, Town Village and major retail centers planned for New Kent Vineyards.
When The Arbors neighborhood is completed, it will have a total of 450 single-family homes plus a neighborhood clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts,
playing fields, ponds, trails, abundant open space and other 
recreational amenities.
The first builder at The Arbors, Ryan Homes, has recently opened
one of its Smithfield home designs as a model home for the neighborhood and is building a number of new homes already under contract by the next new residents. The company is offering home buyers a choice of more than ten different home designs at The Arbors, including homes that offer first-floor owner’s suites and even some that offer one-level living.
Starting in the low-to-mid $200s, the homes at The Arbors will range up to 4,000 square feet in size with as many as five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a three-car garage. These homes come with standard features along with custom options to personalize each of the the available home designs.
