Summerplace a New Home Development in James City County Williamsburg VA

Looks like East West Communities will be building more homes in Williamsburg/James City County. In addition to their Liberty Ridge Community on Centerville Rd near DJ Montague Elementary . Developments plans are currently in review for Summerplace a new home community of 165 single-family homes bordering Yarmouth Creek. Summerplace will be built on 924 acres. [...]
