Ryan homes has now unveiled the new home offerings to be built at Burlington Woods. The first homes should take about 5-6 months to complete from time of contract.

Home prices start in the $290”s and range in size from 2000 square feet and up. Basements will be available on some of the lots. The community will offer a playground for kids. All of the lots back up to a wooded green-space buffer. Lot sizes average around 13000 square feet. ( around a third of an acre). Approximately 35% or 6 acres of the 17 acres is non-developed green-space. Home owner association fees are $45 monthly.
