SUNDAY NIGHT WINE SALE! November 8, 2009
We hope that none of you spend any time on a beautiful fall day like this reading your emails but, in case you have habits that you just can’t break (not that we know anything about that), here’s a reminder about tonight’s big opportunity.
You can visit the Blue Talon Bistro this evening and take advantage of a Fall closet cleaning, or the wine cellar equivalent, in any case. They have roughly 200 bottles of wine, from single vineyard Monterey Pinot Noir to Alsatian Grand Cru Rieslings to super tasty Barossa Valley Shiraz. It is truly a grab bag of great stuff that we would love to hang onto but we are out of space.
Anyway, 4 pm tonight. We’ve got the boxes, so just pull up the truck!
KACHER DINNER
It’s Autumn – that much is obvious. For the farming impaired, that’s harvest season.
So, what makes more sense than a Autumn Harvest Wine Dinner, with great country style wines from super importer Bobby Kacher? We still have a few seats left for Thursday night’s dinner, so check your calendar. Menu details should be available on Tuesday, as Chef Everett is waiting for the latest reports from our suppliers to create the evening’s fare.
If you don’t know what impact Bobby has had on French wine making, you are in for a real treat. This company has been responsible for the discovery of some of the very best French wines coming into this country – both on the everyday, value side and on the singular, special occasion side! Join us for a fun, family style Autumn dinner that shows how hard these guys are working to bring you the very best.
Price: $58.50 per person, includes tax and gratuity.
