Basic Properties LLC, the developer of Liberty Crossing, chose David A. Nice Builders, Inc. after price negotiations with the previous builder ( Ryan Homes) went south.
Basic and Nice have designed a variety of units ranging from 1570 square feet to 2122 square feet with prices starting in the low $200,000s. The townhomes will feature custom cabinetry and millwork designed and constructed by David A. Nice Builders, Inc. with some units offering first floor master suites.
