The Retreat at Greenbrier Homes & Real Estate 
The Retreat at Greenbrier’s residences are available in 12 floor plans, which include quadriplexes, townhomes and single-family homes. With each type of home, condominium-style ownership means maintenance free exteriors. Homeowners do not have to worry about landscaping, lawn care, gutter cleaning or other exterior maintenance.
Quadriplexes in the Retreat at Greenbrier are available in three floor plans which range in size from 1,402 to 1,722 square feet. These homes offer main level living as well as second-story bonus rooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Townhomes, which range in size from 2,008 to 2,535 square feet, are designed in five different floor plans. Some are single-level and others come with second-story bonus rooms, loft space or bedrooms. Each townhome includes two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms. 
The Retreat at Greenbrier’s single-family homes are designed with four different floor plans, ranging in size from 1,672 to 2,232 square feet. Each of these one-level homes have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Larger homes include extra rooms such as studies, hobby rooms or separate family rooms.
