Some of the largest backups are both sides of the HRBT, Downtown and Midtown Portsmouth tunnels, Around NOB ( Naval Operating Base), Interstate 64 multiple places. As of today the camera that will monitor I 64 between Hampton and Richmond are not online. Check back in the future for links to those as soon as they are available.
