I thought I would share a Coffee Shop I discovered this morning. Right down the street from my own office in New Town, Williamsburg VA at the corner of Discovery Park Blvd and Casey Blvd about two blocks from the movie theater. A bottomless mug is only $2 . This allows you to sample any of the different coffees that are all roasted in house. Espresso, Lattes, Capuccino, Machiatto, Ristretto, Frozen Coffee, Fruit Smoothies, Cold Coffe Cocktails are just some of the different cooffee drinks available. Outside seating is available as well as wireless access to the Internet (WIFI) The food is fantastic and all homemade from scratch. They offer Salads, Wraps, Quesadilla, Quiche, Muffins, Cookies, Pastries, Cakes and more !

When Coffee was remarkable? We do. It is becoming hard to find truly memorable coffee despite growth of the specialty coffee market in recent years. For our customers, welcome home. Our singular purpose is to create truly amazing coffee in our company owned locations and for our wholesale customers.
Coffee is a lot like wine. A dry processed Ethiopian varietal is different than a wet processed Sulawesi, just as a Syrah grape is different than a Merlot. We pay specific and close attention to the details when we purchase green coffee, when we blend it and when we roast it. If it does not pass muster we do not serve or sell it. There is enough bad coffee out there. Period. Our guiding tenets?
- We serve the finest high elevation ‘specialty’ coffee.
- We roast for our retail use and a limited number of shops that share the vision.
- We do not roast just to sell coffee.
- We sell the finest equipment from LaMarzocco, Rancilio, Franke, Rio and BUNN.
- We train our cafe partners as needed or desired in the art of espresso.
- We choose those we buy from carfeufully.
- We treat our employees as more than this and expect the same in return.
We know that you can taste this effort in the cup whether we make it or if you enjoy it at one of our partner cafe’s.
