The Jamestown Yacht Basin could someday be home to two restaurants, retail shops, a 40-room hotel and 48 condos, all housed in four-story buildings, built at a cost of more than $25 million. Most startling is the full-scale development at the Jamestown Yacht Basin. Under contractor Vanasse Hangen Brustlin’s vision, retail, residential and commercial development at the yacht basin would help fund other improvements throughout the county’s park systems.
