Announcing New Town Homes in the City of Williamsburg for under $200k

The Village at Quarterpath has announced a new plan for the future of this wonderful new home community located in the City of Williamsburg.   The community will be 119 homes  with mostly attached single family duplexes and townhomes at around $200,000 to $250,000.    The new prices combined with, the low real estate tax ( .54 per $100 ) and low HOA fee will make for an affordable  monthly payment as well as a fantastic location.   The Village at Quarterpath is within walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg, the College of William & Mary, and Merchant’s Square.  The Williamsburg Recreation Center is across the street.

Construction should start soon on the new Town Homes priced at under $200,000. The NEW BUILDER is proposing to build an almost 1500 square foot, 1 car garage town home for under $200,000. Garages will be rear entry accessed from the alley.

Further details will be forthcoming . If you would like additional information send an email to John@MrWilliamsburg.com

A mix of town home and duplexes will be carefully positioned along quiet, neighbor-friendly streets at The Village at Quarterpath. The majority of homes will feature rear-loading garage convenience with private rear-access roads resulting in quiet thoroughfares throughout the community.  A large village green is located at the entrance to the community and is designed to invite homeowners for neighborhood gatherings and activities.
The space is perfect for weekend relaxation, community events and quiet reflection.  An inviting Gazebo highlights the area.

Across the street is Quarterpath Park  . A 23-acre facility that includes three lighted softball fields; a 25-meter, 6- lane, z-shaped outdoor swimming pool; three all-weather tennis courts; playground equipment; and a picnic shelter that will accommodate approximately 75 people. The  Quarterpath Recreation Center, a 35,000 square foot facility offers an 18,000 sq. ft. double gymnasium, a 1,700 sq. ft. dance/aerobics room, two classrooms and a 1,900 sq. ft. multipurpose room. Various instructional classes, athletic programs for youth and adults, sports camps, and special events are held throughout the year at this facility.

A short walk away is  Redoubt Park, located on Quarterpath Road,  dedicated on May 5, 2007 to celebrate the 145th Anniversary of the Battle of Williamsburg.

Please let me know if you are planning a trip to the area and would like to explore Quarterpath or any other home/ community in the area. I would be happy to assist in suggesting / reserving lodging for you.
