Visit Green Springs Plantation Open House

A rare opportunity to explore this treasured historic site that’s normally closed to the public. Built as a home for Governor Sir William Berkeley in 1645, Green Spring is located three miles from Jamestown, near Williamsburg, Virginia. This historical site, is significant in its potential for learning about the complex roots of what we know today as the United States of America.

Join Governor Sir William Berkeley, Lady Frances Berkeley, and the Friends of Green Spring for an Open House at Historic Green Spring Plantation. Discover why Green Spring is rightly called “the bridge between Jamestown and Williamsburg.”

There is no parking on the site. Please park at Jamestown High School. Transportation will be provided to and from the site.
