There are two football games to see this weekend if you live in Williamsburg. If you aren’t traveling to Richmond to see the Tribe battle it out against UR then make plans to come and see the Williamsburg Hornets battle it out at the 2009 PYFA Superbowl at Warhill Stadium.
Two of our Hornet teams have earned a spot in today’s Peninsula Youth Football Association Super Bowl game. The Williamsburg Hornets Mighty Mites (10-1) will face the Poquoson Bulls (9-2) in the championship game at 11 a.m at James City County Stadium. The Green Midgets (11-0) will look to clinch their second straight championship when they take on the Tidewater T-Wolves in a battle of undefeated teams. That game will be played at 12:30 p.m. at James City County Stadium.
Come on out and cheer them on !
