Question: What neighborhood had the most home sales in 2009 in the Williamsburg, James City , New Kent areas of Virginia in 2009 ? Answer: Ford’s Colony ! with 82 home sales recorded in the MLS.
Runner up Kingsmill had 53, New Town our first PUD ( planned Urban Development) was third with 35.
