lake at Patriots Landing East West Partners started the Patriots Landing development in 2007, just before the home market hit a deep freeze. The first phase of that project included all high-end lake front homes.

In the three years since, East West has sold about 100 homes at Patriots landing, about one sixth of the planned capacity at the 254-acre site.

You really can have it all at Patriots Landing—an outstanding community of new homes, custom waterfront homes and wooded lots that blend an incredible array of homes and unique recreational opportunities with cherished privacy and a true sense of connection to neighbors in a style reminiscent of a traditional Richmond home community.

Patriots Landing Pool Patriots Landing is  Conveniently located in New Kent County, off of Interstate 64, just east of Interstate 295 near Quinton and Bottoms Bridge, this New Kent planned community allows you to enjoy an easy, toll-free drive to work, shopping, dining and more in Richmond or Williamsburg.

The community of Patriots Landing is anchored by a Resident’s Club and pool complex on a lake—providing centralized gathering places and a variety of outlets for fun. The clubhouse has soaring two-story ceilings, fireplace, seating areas and game tables, small kitchen, offices and a meeting room. The club will host events and functions all year round for residents of all ages.

The outdoor living space features wrap-around covered porches on all four sides, a bocce court, year-round putting green, fire pit, and a pool complex with zero entry feature.

“We built the club on our best site…..right on Lake Washington, so everyone in the community could enjoy the beautiful views and tranquility of the lake,” said Chris Corrada, project manager of Patriots Landing. “The club overlooks our fishing dock and the paved walking trails that wind throughout the community.”
