Howl O Scream is coming. Fall Discount Pass Available to Busch Gardens

Busch Gardens Its hard to believe Summer is almost over and Halloween is around the corner.

We love visiting Howl-o-Scream during the fall!

Our favorite time of the year to visit Busch Gardens starts in the Fall. Its much cooler and with two boys who are 10 and 12 we can now take in all that Howl-O- Scream has to offer..

Howl O Scream at Busch Gardens Williamsburg is open from Sept. 24 –Oct 31 ,2010  every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Now entering it’s 12th year the fright fest for 2010 will feature scare zones, haunted attractions and Halloween-themed live shows. For more information, visit www.howl-o-scream.com.

What is Howl – O – Scream?  An incredibly popular event here in Williamsburg, Gardens VA. where Busch Gardens makes itself over for Halloween offering  mazes/haunted houses,  scare zones, and shows.

I will say if you have younger children quite a bit of Howl-O Scream might be too scary at nighttime.. To help parents decide what to see and do the attractions and shows are rated for their scare factor While most attractions are geared towards older teens and adults, families can enjoy Howl-O-Scream too! The park provides a "scare rating system" so that parents can determine which attractions would be appropriate for their little ones (from "good fun for everyone" up to "No one under 17, please"). Many of the shows feature fun Halloween music that everyone can enjoy.

This year, Busch Gardens Williamsburg is again offering a Fall Fun Card for Howl-O-Scream. Good for Virginia residents only. You can pay for a day and come back all fall with a Busch Gardens’ Fall Fun Card.  The Card is valid for unlimited admission from Sept. 11 – Oct. 31 during the park’s regular hours of operation.

Visit www.buschgardens.com/va  for the park’s fall hours of operation and for additional ticket information.

Locals/ Insiders Tip: Go Early in the season. The closer to Halloween, the more crowded it gets. The crowds, lines and wait times can be outrageously long towards the end of October.  See you there !
