Costco you say ? Wrong, its Tractor Supply Company, the largest operator of retail farm and ranch stores in the United States. They have applied for a special use permit to open a store in the Norge area of Williamsburg VA
The proposed location is next to the Farm Fresh. Plans call for a 19,000 square foot retail store and a 15,000 square foot outdoor display and sales area for trailers and vehicles. To put things in perspective the average Wal Mart Supercenters are 197,000 square feet.
