2011 Richmond Parade of Homes

imageThe Home Building Association of Richmond Virginia  2011 Parade of Homes® kicks off October 1, 2011. It will be the 60th consecutive year the event has been held in the Greater Richmond area.
There will be 52 new homes and 2 remodeled homes built by 28 builders in this year’s Parade, and over half are decorated models.
The homes are located throughout the Greater Richmond area including Counties of Goochland, Henrico, Hanover, King William, New Kent, Chesterfield, and Powhatan, and the City of Richmond. This is your best opportunity to see every type of new home imaginable, showcasing the latest in designs, construction techniques and materials, at prices ranging from the $170’s to over $900,000, plus take advantage of seeing two remodeled homes on how you can modernize your existing home.

The scattered site new home show will be held October 1-2, 8-9 and 15-16 and the remodeled homes will be opened October 15-16. Hours are from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. and admission is free.
The Parade of Homes® Plan Book and the website, Richmond Parade Of Homes.com, will include detailed information about the event and the home entries, including home designs, floor plans and descriptions, detailed directions to each home, and a map.
