Townhome/ Condo Communities with kayak access in Williamsburg VA

Mr. Williamsburg, do you happen to know of any  communities that  have kayak access to the river (or a lake) as part of their community?

Two communities in our area offer both townhomes and river or lake access. The first is Kingsmill with both a lake and access to the James River and College Creek. Kingsmill has some new townhomes planned for future construction but has not yet released the details or planned start dates.

Stonehouse They also offer small lot detached homes (Orchard Hill) some of these have lawn maintenance taken care of by the HOA. So its not much different than living in a town homes.  Down the road Stonehouse has a marina proposed on the York River..(This could take 3-20 years) but it is in the Stonehouse Master plan.
