Top selling neighborhoods in Williamsburg

So what are the top selling neighborhoods in the Williamsburg area for the last 12 months ?

To be fair we should look at this as a percentage of homes in the community. But to keep things simple we will simply use total sales.

Its neck and neck with both Fords Colony at 94 properties and Kingsmill at 91 properties. These numbers include both attached townhomes. condos and detached single family homes.

The chart also shows the median price in each neighborhood as well as the median days on market. The last column is the percent from list price to sales price.
