As REALTORs, one of the most important roles we serve is to educate prospective buyers and sellers about the market. One of the things I like best about this business is that sales really takes a back seat to helping people achieve their real estate objectives. That is relatively easy to do when you focus on listening – to be certain that you really understand the client’s goals. Then, it is simply a matter of applying your experience and expertise to help them evaluate their options.
In a market recovery, timing becomes very important, and can have significant cost consequences for both buyers and sellers. Do your presentations illustrate clearly the pros and cons of market timing? They should. I’ve included an infographic here to my point.
