2013 anyone water quality reports now available for James City County

James City Service Authority’s (JCSA) 2013 annual water quality reports are now available online at jamescitycountyva.gov/waterquality. The reports contain important information about the source and quality of our drinking water. There are seven reports total that include our Central Water System and six independent water systems of Glenwood Acres, King’s Village, Racefield, The Retreat, Ware Creek Manor, and Wexford Hills & Riverview Plantation.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved use of electronic delivery methods for drinking water utilities to issue annual water quality reports to customers by July 1. JCSA water customers will receive notification that the reports are available online on the County’s website via bill messages, email, social media, the County’s electronic newsletter, e-FYI, and JCC TV.
