Bulldozers are hard at work on the new section of Marywood in Williamsburg VA. Located at the end of Oxford Rd off Jamestown Road the new section will contain 27 1/3 acre home-sites ( see the site-plan below)

Home sales will start soon and  four single family detached home designs will be offered  ranging in size from  from 1,951 to 2,821 sq. ft. Options will include finished basements.  Pricing will be announced soon.
