Ryan Homes to build in Newport News VA- Turtle Creek From below $200k

Turtle Creek Home ModelsNewport News home buyers will have a “New” option when shopping for  homes on the Peninsula.. Ryan Homes will be building new detached homes in Newport News, VA in one of the largest developments in recent years in the area. A total of 201 homes will be constructed once the project is completed.

Somehow the builder is able to offer one model ( The Sorrento) a 1400 square foot two story home with a garage at under $200k.  Might make it hard to sell a resale home for the near future.
