It’s that combination that brings them back, says Andrea Hutchinson, Pierce’s director of operations. "We are known for our hand-chopped, pulled pork marinated in our own special sauce," she says. Order a sandwich – they come in regular, jumbo and Super Doc. Sides include slaw and French fries, collards and macaroni and cheese.
